When you list your home with me, I will immediately go to work to help you obtain top dollar for your home. 

Selling is a process, and I will help walk you through the steps to navigate a successful sale with the least amount of stress as possible.

My Objectives:

  • To assist in getting as many qualified buyers as possible into your home until it is sold.
  • To communicate regularly to you the results of our activities.
  • To assist you in negotiating the highest price and the best terms possible between you and the buyer.

Steps I Take to Get a Home Sold:

  • Place a highly visible “For Sale” yard sign in front of your home.
  • Install a lockbox, with your permission, to allow for easier showings by local agents.
  • Price your home competitively…to open the market vs narrowing the market.
  • Submit your home to our local Multiple Listing.
  • Develop a list of features of your home to market to potential buyers and/or their agents.
  • Syndicate your listing out to the major internet real estate websites. Including, but not limited to Zillow, Trulia, Craigslist, Homes.com, and many more.
  • Contact buyer leads, center of influence and past clients for their referrals and prospective buyers.
  • Email features sheet to the top agents in the marketplace for their buyers
  • Prospect daily looking for potential buyers
  • Follow up with people who have viewed your home.
  • Suggest any changes you may want to make in your property to make it more saleable.
  • Update you to any changes in the marketplace.
  • Continue to make sure that your home is priced competitively.
  • Whenever possible pre-qualify prospective buyers.
  • Keep you aware of various methods of financing that a buyer might want to use.
  • Follow-up with other agents who have shown the home for their feedback and response.
  • Assist you with arranging interim financing if necessary.
  • Represent you in all offer presentations to negotiate the best possible price and terms.
  • Help coordinate inspections.
  • Make suggestions on how to negotiate any requested repairs.
  • Help coordinate any agreed upon repairs.
  • Follow up regularly with all parties after the contract has been accepted.
  • Hand you your check!
